All membership dues, donations, sponsorships, event registrations, and training payments made to the Professional Towing & Recovery Operators of Illinois (PTROI) are non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issues unless otherwise approved by PTROI leadership under exceptional circumstances.
